I originally began using Sparkling Queens for a deep clean and follow up maintenance cleans for my personal residence. Though there are multiple cleaners that work for SQ- I never had to worry about who would be cleaning my home and if they would do a sufficient job, because at a corporate level, SQ holds such high standards and creates expectations for both their employees and their clients. When my place of business lost our office cleaner due to a military move, I knew exactly who to call. My office now uses Sparkling Queens weekly, and we have our home on a biweekly cleaning schedule because they're JUST.THAT.GOOD!!! They are reasonably and competitively priced. They try to be consistent with the same cleaner, if they are able to, and they are extremely professional and easy to work with.

We had Sparkling Queens come and clean our house several times while we lived in Richmond Hill. They were always on time and very professional. And our house looked incredible when they were done each time. The cleaning ladies that would come were always very friendly and respectful of our home. At the end of the clean, they left cute pink mints and a checklist of everything they cleaned. That was a bonus for me being able to see what they cleaned. And leaving the mints was just such a good touch. I would highly recommend Sparkling Queens

We absolutely love sparkling queens cleaning! They come over and we almost don’t even know they are there. However, I come home to a fresh home after work and it means so much to me. My sink is so incredibly white, my stove looks so clean and you wouldn’t even know that I have three dogs in our home PLUS two kittens! All that hair is gone!!

Bonus, I love getting my bed made!! Not to mention they clean things I do not even think to clean - like the faucets!

The detail and care they use in my home is something I value. They were able to clean things that my other cleaners never touched (rust stain in shower, drip tray on fridge water, etc.). I also really value the care they take with my cats. They look out for them and always make sure to check when opening the front door as my cats are indoor only. Nancy is my "regular" cleaner and she is so sweet and thoughtful. It's easy to see that she truly cares about the work she does and the care she takes of my home. Sparkling Queens is the best! Taylor and her team did a fantastic job on my 2500 Sq foot home. They got every nook and cranny, cleaned the hard water stains in the toilet and shower walls, cleaned the heating vents and baseboards. They got it all! My house has never been so clean! Highly recommended!
